Does This Sound Familiar?

  • I need some new ideas—I’d like to connect with other worship leaders to see what’s working in their churches.
  • I’m a bi-vocational worship leader—I work a 50-hour week at my job and lead worship in my church. Where can I find some training and support?
  • What can I do to help bridge the gap between my church and the church down the street so that we can reach our community more effectively?
  • I’m exhausted—and I feel so isolated and alone. I need to meet with other worship leaders who speak my language for fellowship and prayer!

These are common cries among worship leaders all over the world. In 1992, a handful of worship leaders from around the Greater Phoenix Metroplex gathered together to talk about the needs of worship leaders and our desire to come together on a regular basis for encouragement and resourcing.

A handful of leaders … representing a need that crossed denominational, cultural and style boundaries. Since then, God has grown our handful to hundreds of worship leaders who gather together on a regular basis throughout the State of Arizona.

Worship! Arizona provides …

  • mutual encouragement and accountability
  • resources
  • training networks and seminars
  • monthly luncheons and quarterly breakfasts
  • special city-wide evangelistic worship and praise events
  • annual worship conferences featuring well-known worship leaders and teachers such as Bob Fitts and Paul Baloche
  • recording projects reflecting what God is uniquely doing through the songwriters in Arizona
